Had an amazing time at this hotel! the pools were large and there were lifeguards on duty, which made me feel safe. the animation team was fantastic, organizing fun activities like archery and volleyball. They were friendly and really made an effort to engage with the guests. the kids club was a hit with my children, they loved the caring staff and the nightly mini disco. the breakfast had a good variety of food and there was always something delicious to choose from. the hotel was also conveniently located close to a supermarket and a fitness facility.

The reception could improve their customer service. the check-in process took quite a long time and the personnel could be friendlier and more welcoming.

The hotel is perfectly located just steps from a beautiful beach that’s great for swimming and soaking up the sun. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily grab a tasty meal or snack. I also loved the large rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The fitness facilities are not up to par with the rest of the hotel.
